First book edition, following its appearance in parts. 2 vols., 8vo, with engraved titles. Contemporary ownership. Contemp. half calf and marbled boards, a bit rubbed. Pages 341,342 and 347,348 (together forming one signature) are disbound and laid-in. Some light foxing, nicking of leather, but overall very good copies. (Van Duzer 165).
