"The writers of the following papers are unable, however usual and becoming such a course might seem, to offer an apology for printing them." The writers are identified only by their initials. Two of them (HSC and TWH) have inscribed the flyleaf. Some faint smudges to vellum boards, with title and contents in gilt, else fine. (Not in OCLC).
