Consecutive pagination to 3140. 4to., half black morocco, marbled paper sides, spine in 6 gilt-adorned compartments, all edges stained red, marbled endpapers. Some rubbing to boards and the expected amount of leather edgewear; gilt and bookblock staining remain bright. Marginal foxing to volume 1 only, else volumes are clean and crisp within. A nice set. Very good.
