Moderate shelfwear to edges, heel and crown. Gilt spine slightly cracked, rubbed. Light wear to boards. Light foxing to frontispiece and occasional text/plates. Maps excellent, but for a short closed tear to edge of map facing p. 95. Sabin 30968 lists 89 plates; but there is no plate list present to indicate exactly how many plates should be present. This volume does not include the suppressed "bathing scene" plate. Very good plus.
