Ex-library, half morocco over marbled paper covered boards, front board nearly detached, rear board fully detached along with rear flyleaf. Usual library markings (none on plates). Color map frontispiece split in several places, but complete. Rear map has more closed tears/splits but is also complete; folding plates that follow have a few small closed tears. Litho plates: A few of the folding plates have dust soil and nicked edges, but overall clean, pleasing and scarce; wonderful images of Western Massachusetts. Text clean, block sound. Outstanding early reference.
