Spine sunned, detached from block for the lower four inches. Boards soiled, dampstained. Endpapers, title and interior have light soil/moderate to heavy foxing. Folding map of Boston and Maine Railroad showing New England including Canada laid in, dated 1881; several small chips and closed tears, slight loss only. Pencil ownership to front flyleaf. Folding state map as frontispiece has light foxing and soil, small closed tear with no loss at joint. Complete.
