LETTERS OF FABIUS, IN 1788, ON THE FEDERAL CONSTITUTION

1888. Item #84925

DICKINSON, John. THE LETTERS OF FABIUS, IN 1788, ON THE FEDERAL CONSTITUTION. [One of the series PAMPHLETS ON THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, Published during its Discussion by the People, 1787-1788.] Edited by Paul Leicester Ford. [Brooklyn, NY: Historical Printing Club, 1888]. 54 pp. An octavo-size pamphlet, side-sewn and glued into plain paper wrappers. Fine within but wrappers show wear along edges: shallow chipping, closed tears and creasing, and starting on folds. Very good overall. These letters written by John Dickinson, the "Pennsylvania Farmer," and member of the Annapolis and Philadelphia Conventions, were originally published in a Delaware newspaper in 1788.

Price: $45.00
