Old calf binding, worn and rubbed, with upper board and ffep. detached, and lower joint cracked and tender. Book label on front pastedown and a shelf label on spine. Text is printed in double columns and is clean. Quite scarce in either edition, but needs rebinding; so offered as is. (Wellcome II, p. 369).
