Volume I: (1-69), front board and first few blank pages, title page, rear cover detached. Volume II (70-146) front board detached, hinges cracked, ffep partially detached, first plate chipped at fore-edge not affecting image, plate 90 small closed tear at bottom edge. Volume III: (147-227) front board and ffep detached. vOLUME IV: plates 228-306, not present. Each entry has history and medicinal usage, preparations.
