Large publisher's original chitsu clasped case, containing a cloth-covered portfolio with a table of contents of all 50 of the oban sized flower prints by Murakami, printed exquisitely by the well-known Kyoto printer-publisher Maria Gabō マリア画房. Image size 11 x 15 inches.
Some browning as is common with the 30s era paper used by Uchida and Maria and occasional light foxing of the marginal mounting paper, but very good overall. Very unusual as a complete set as the prints have been broken up over the years. A remarkable example of the printer's craft.
